Sizwe Nxasana is the founder and CEO of the Sifiso Learning Group, which includes Future Nation Schools, a group of independent schools committed to providing quality education to South African students, and Sifiso EdTech, a proudly South African-based international provider of specialised coding and robotics products, teacher training, technology curricula and services. With a deep understanding of the challenges facing education in South Africa, Sizwe is committed to creating innovative solutions that can help to transform the education landscape in the country.

Nkanyezi Makhari is the CFO of the Sifiso Learning Group. She brings a wealth of experience in education to the FNC management team. Nkanyezi is passionate about providing quality education to students in South Africa, and believes that teacher training is a critical component of achieving this goal.

Academic Director, Mampho Langa, is responsible for overseeing the curriculum development and integration at both FNS and FNC, Mampho who holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics Education from Wits, has been instrumental in ensuring that FNC’s Entrepreneurship Course aligns with CAPS and PBL methodologies. Currently the Head of Schools at Future Nation Schools, Mampho has a distinguished career in education with extensive experience in lesson planning, educational technology and PBL methodologies.

Elizabeth Maepa, Head of Talent, manages the recruitment and training of project staff, Elizabeth plays a critical role in shaping the group’s strategies for recruiting, developing and retaining talent, ensuring that SLG continues to foster educational excellence and innovation. Her extensive experience in these areas ensures that all team members are adequately prepared to deliver high-quality training and support.
